One thing I love about Nana, she has one of the happiest, most cheerful smiles around, and because of that, when she has a part where her character has the sads, Nana can reallly look sad , and the viewer feels it............congratulations to Nana and her fellow cast and production team on the great start!!!

Nana's new movie Antoki no Inochi /アントキノイノチ / "Life Back Then" will be released on November 19. She stars with Masaki Okada, and there are some great supporting veteran actors- Shingo Tsurumi, Taizo Harada, and Akira Omoto. A serious film about two young people who have both shut themselves away from the world due to various traumatic events in their lives. They meet at as co-workers at a company that specializes in cleaning the homes of recently deceased people, and slowly they open up to each other and to the world.

The cast of “Antoki to Inochi” appears at a talk event

On October 24th, Okada Masaki, Eikura Nana, and Harada Taizo attended a talk event for their movie, “Antoki no Inochi“.

Recently, “Antoki no Inochi” received the Innovation Award in the “35th Montreal World Film Festival“. The movie portrays a story of Nagashima Kyohei (Okada) and Kubota Yuki (Eikura), two individuals with a complicated past who slowly establish an emotional bond with each other.

At the event, the cast shared stories about things that happened during filming. Okada introduced his painful experience saying, “During the mountain climbing scene, I walked for about an hour and a half. On the first day of filming, I kept falling as if I had lost all my power.” In response, Eikura commented, “That scene was very powerful. I was nervous watching it.”

Additionally, the cast each revealed a photo of themselves from the past. Holding a photo of herself when she was two years old, Eikura laughed as she said, “I was a child who slept a lot. I also liked to play outside. Which reminds me, the other day, I wanted to take a nap so I fell asleep at 7pm. When I woke up, it was 9am the next day. I really like to sleep a lot.”

“Antoki no Inochi” hits theatres on November 19th.

As evidenced by earlier posts, Nana and "Papa" (played by the fine actor Tomokazu Miura) did a series of CM's for Suntory All Free (non alcohol beer).

^^ Poster for Nana's new drama that starts....this Thursday, wow(!), she just finished one and is right back with another, lucky us,

drama is called Saikou no Jinsei no Owarikata. Here she is on the Kings Brunch show promoting it with some unknowns from the show,

perhaps they're some up and coming wannabes.
