owwhhh.. finally the title decided..... hmmm.... not really like the title but as long as it looks like the past g-emotion, i would be like it soo much... really love the g-emotion, and hope the concert would be more awesome than it............ agghh.. yeahh i'm curious too with what kind of song that will be sang in d concert........ whatever the choose, my request is they put moshimo owari ga aru nara in the list.........

If you go to http://musumenavi.cool.ne.jp/mn/tourevent07.html you can see the concert on that day is in "松戸森のホール21". That is the Matsudo Mori no Hall 21. Google gives you their website: http://www.morinohall21.com/

Or on the main page of Musumenavi (http://musumenavi.cool.ne.jp/) search for "how to use sexy" and find the tour link. Following that link and click on the 10/13 entry on that page, which gives you this page: http://search.pia.co.jp/perform.htm?pcd=270586&sheetNo=209639

You can see that the venue is in Chiba prefecture (千葉県). Searching on Google Maps for "松戸千葉 japan" resulted in . You can see that it is Matsudo city and not Chiba city like I posted earlier. (gomen, my bad)

Since there's some items that differ for each concert/location, would it be possible to just go there, buy some stuff and not watch the concert? Or do you need a ticket to get to the area where they are sold?

I don't think you need a ticket to buy the merchandise, because it's just outside the actual area where the concert will be.
