Well Death Note is hard to understand... but if you see a children writting a name you better tell him that is not gonna work and explain why... if you only take the book by force without any explanation is gonna be lot worst so you bet in China they are gonna look for the manga even if is illegal.

I personally don't really like Death Note but it depends on the person and how they interpret the story. Children however are probably more influenced by cartoons and I think it's a bit extreme and going on the safe side to ban it. <- Life would become more boring though because Death Note is pretty interesting!

Wow. I didn't think that it would become something so serious. Everyone is so concerned about the effect that fiction has on children since they are so easily influenced, I guess. Magic is bad and writing people's names in notebooks in order to kill them is bad.
