Landlord Sues Restaurateurs Over Ghosts

If the landlord had told them upfront about the "ghosts", and they still signed the deal, that's stupidity on their part.  However, it sounds like they didn't find out about the "ghosts" until after the deal was signed, apparently from the guys they hired to fix up the joint.

An offer to hold an exorcism was refused, according to the 2.6 million dollar lawsuit filed by the owners of the Church Street Station entertainment complex last month in Orange County Circuit Court.

The Chungs' attorney says subcontractors gave several documented reports of having seen ghosts or apparitions in the restaurant at night. The attorney also says Christopher Chung's religious beliefs require him to "avoid encountering or having any association with spirits or demons."

They should've just taken the exorcism that the landlord offered. His religious beliefs say he's to avoid contact with ghosts...well NEWFLASH DUMBASS!!!  THAT'S WHAT AN EXORCISM IS FOR!!!  You do them to get rid of ghosts so that you DO NOT have to be in contact with them.  An exorcism banishes them from the premesis.  YOUR PROBLEMS would have been solved!!!
