^There could have been tons of shit goin' on in his private life. I don't really know a lot about any thing he may have had going on(Drugs, alcohol, etc), but it could've have been anything and who knows for how long.

edit: Has it actually been confirmed a murder-suicide or is just still being investigated as one? (Just noticed L-sans' post about who was the suspected murderer)

Shibo was saying on IRC that the wife and kid was killed first on Sat, then Benoit took his own life yesterday.... man I can't believe what I'm writing

I've heard that too. Weird and horrible. I wasn't the biggest Benoit fan (Bret Hart, HHH <3) but there is no doubt that he's one of the greatest. Makes me sad that he's gone.

I couldn't help but choke up after watch this week Raw tribute...I caught off guard over his death.

No guns were used, but most of the news reports are now saying that Daniel was smothered by a pillow, Nancy was strangled with a phone cord and that Chris hung himself in the family weight room.

Everyone needs to keep in mind that Chris Benoit, THE WRESTLER was different and separate from Chris Benoit, THE PERSON. Particularly in this business, there's shit going on in the life of THE PERSON that no one knows about. After all, all we see is his life as THE WRESTLER. It saddens me to no end that this happened to Chris Benoit, THE PERSON, but in no way will this diminish how I remember Chris Benoit, THE WRESTLER.

There has been so many conflicting reports about what happened, I truly don't know what is true and what's not, but I'd like to believe he didn't do it... but it's just getting worse and worse.
