So I went to the afternoon concert today at Saitama. That's 7/29 Noon concert. I had a family seat and was sitting between the main stage in front and the mini stages off the "Hanamichi," but I was sitting closer to the mini stage on the left side if you were facing the stage. It was a pretty good seat to see everything. Not so close, but a nice overview of the whole stage. After experiencing the arena seats, family seats are much more laid back. My suggestion is if you dont want to stand the whole time and want to watch in a more relaxing atmosphere then go for a family seat. However, the guy sitting next to me yelled and did the hand movements.
He was a The Possible fan. Shouted the loudest for them and was always looking at H!P Eggs. Hehe. Shi, you aren't alone!
Anyways, the concert was LONG. About 2.5 hours long with MM OG included. Usually, these concerts are about 2 hours long. They all looked amazing! The costumes were pretty good. Nothing too horrendous except for maybe Momo Kataomoi.
Those were a little... hmm... Oh yes! Unless Rika got miracle grow for her hair, she had hair extensions in! She looked amazingly pretty.
Yossi looked amazing too, but she dyed her hair back to blond. Oh well. Boss from Melons put her hair up like pigtails singing Shiawase Beam. The crowd went nuts.
For the next time she came out, it was back down though.
Hilarious.
The only other thing to note is that MM OG is awesome! They sang The Peace and Mr. Moonlight. I always wanted to see most of the original people singing these songs and I'm glad I got the chance to see that. I got my ticket before I knew they were appearing, so I'm really glad, especially to see Rika say her monologue live. That sealed it.
As for the MCs, I can't remember them all, but most of them were asking the performers about their summer vacation and memories of summer. One was asking Boss what she was doing 10 years ago, since this was a 10th anniversary concert and she started off going I was 15 years old at the time, and the crowd was like, "Ehhhhhhh?!!!!" Boss looked out into the crowd, replying, "I don't get why you are going ehhhhh?!" It was like they couldn't imagine her being 15.
Oh! Another MC, Eri talked about what was her best? memory of summer? Something like that and she talked about eating takoyaki with another person. She didn't say who the other person was, so the crowd was like, "Ehhhhhh?!!" Even Mari was like "Huh?" but then mentioned that it had to be Eri's sister. Eri agreed, but it was still kinda iffy... >.> Anyways, that's all I can remember at the moment.
Time for bed!
