Really? I figured it was pretty much a given, at least from the data I saw.
As far as I understand it's for 'digital album' of the year so something like John Travolta Wannabe while having the single most downloaded song only had two songs total and then some remixes so it would be at a disadvantage. Same thing with A Class, a lot of the songs were on previous releases. Although The Boys was actually slightly higher selling as a single than Good Bye Baby in a shorter time. 2NE1 was close in digital sales but some songs were released digitally as singles before the release of the album so while that helps the digital sales of individual songs it also classifies them as digital singles rather than songs on an album. Last Fantasy had more total downloads/streaming but came out close to the cut off date, Real+ was the actual nominee. Leessang, Big Bang I'm not sure.
