Broken ATM foils robbery attempt

A broken automated teller machine refused to deliver cash and foiled a robbery, police said. Alex Kameroski, 25, of Clarks Summit, told investigators he was starting to withdraw money at an ATM in the Abington Shopping Center just before midnight Monday when a car pulled up and two men got out.
