im disappointed.
not in the fact that he smoked pot (because we all know that many do)
but that he made up such a blatant lie.
that is one really bad excuse.
no one just "mistakes" a joint for a cigarette
that just doesn't happen.
honestly, people make mistakes.
but its those who refuse to 'fess up that are just sorry excuses of human beings.
im really disappointed in him.

^ Oh, didn't read into the 'mistake' part. I just read that as "he smoked it for the first time at the club, he's been hooked since then, and that he was recently caught again with it." lol.

clearly he wrtote the lyrics to the song! hahah jokes, me and my friend keeps joking about that. but yeah it is quite blatently a lie, but the thing is, in korea

since its really hard to get etc, and the laws are strict. Having it in your system is considered pocession (i work in korea and we have to go through tests before employment) and its serious if u are caught with it in ur system. They said they let him off easy since hes a college student and he didnt get blacklisted off the main broadcasting channels due to doubel standards.

Dont get me wrong I really like big bang, but this is clearly double standards and not a good example

i feel like YG get alot of "exceptions" because they are them.
like if CL is found partying like crazy, they're like oh it's cool because she's CL.
and if GD states he smokes, it's all chill because he's GD.
but if other girl groups (non-2NE1) are caught partying hard, it's thought of as scandalous.
and if others are found to be smoking, like B2ST's Junhyung, alot of people criticize them strongly.
YGE has this air that as them, they have the liberty to do as they want just because they are them.
it frustrates me how that is constantly a re-occuring thing.

So I was talking to my friends at dinner, who were quite expereinced in

and they said that for weed to get traced in ur hair. U'd have to been smoke a few "joints" for it to be tracable in ur hair.

Plus if ur a regular smoker of it, it stays in ur system really long, but if ur not then it doesn't.

O... I hope big bang survive this though, bcuz really they are the very few boy groups i listen to. Bigbang/Epik high/LeeSsang

I know that this is an old topic.
I had a chat with my friend last year about smokin pot since she told me that she tried it once and it was good. She is not a smoker ~~(so the first time she tried to smoke, she tried that weed )~~ but she's able to tell the difference between cigarettes and pot. I asked her how can i tell the difference between cigar and weed, and she just said that i would be able to tell the difference from the smell because it's so obvious and since i am my self ~~(used to)~~ smokes.
When i first read the news my reaction is 'boooo lame news'
crownJ get charged for smoking pot, and now GD. Smoking pot is not a big deal. Therefore, i am just neutral about this news. But when i read the next article on how "someone" offered him a cigar. and he "didn't know" that it was a weed. and the police found a trace in his hair a month after. even with all his reasoning, i still feel neutral about the issue. But when i read the comments from yg stan. oh god

can i just shot them on the spot? They sound like they want to prove that GD is an innocent angel and some are even saying that GD is a cool bad boy

New music video/song is pretty cool. Interesting that its set in NYC, and features a white girl as well. Big Bang keeps getting better and better imo, they don't just coast on their popularity, they're constantly trying to improve themselves, as are other YG acts. That being said... Taeyang needs to get rid of that bandana.
