Egads almighty, wtf, she wanted to kill her pops just because she really hated him.
There's no way to know what exactly the home life was like for this family, but this is so incredibly.........at a loss for words now.
"Yo, microphone check one, two, what is this? The five foot assassin with the roughneck business"
"Are you my mummy?"
"Hello, Sweetie."
"Who's scruffy looking?"

Typical Japanese family member slaying.. i.e. Killing someone while they are sound asleep in bed..

@L-san...This is very common in Japan... Every couple of weeks, there's a similar story in the news here..

It happens so often that it doesn't even shock me anymore. Which is kind of awful, I guess. It's a bit weird since it happened in Kyoto though.

^ Why is it weird that it happened in Kyoto?? Kyoto is after all, just another city in Japan with Japanese people/families..

Well, that makes sense then.. Stuff like this always feels a bit weird when it's close to home..

:off topic: We're pretty much neighbours, cause I'm in Nara..

Yeah, if it was over in Kanto it wouldn't phase me much. But since it's in Kyoto it's got this feeling of "What if it was someone from my school!?", although I highly doubt it, heh.
And yeah, Nara is really close by, are you living/working here or what?

Married and living here... Been here for 6½years now, and will probably die and old man here.

:note to self: If we have kids, put a big nasty lock on the bedroom door..

:EDIT:
News just reported it happened again last night..
A 15year old 3rd year Junior High School boy from Nagano, attacked his father at 2am while he was sleeping with an ax, but the father wasn't fatally wounded this time..
