Thats just sad as hell, not reporting that his roommate passed away and then taking his money, dumb S.O.B.
Its also his problem for being a deadbeat dad and not paying the child support, so him getting arrested for that is the end result of making the choice not to pay.

Karma came back around and kicked him in the ass.
