Yuko's mouth is swelled up because of a toothache/infection. She's out of action for a few days.

AKB48 member, Ohshima Yuko canceled October 7th’s night performance at the AKB48 Theater. The reason of the cancellation was because of inflammation of her gums. Yuko apologized to fans on her blog for the sudden cancellation, and she added a picture of her swollen face.
She wrote, “I’m sorry for canceling the performance all of a sudden. My gums got inflamed, and it’s so painful even when I just move, my face is also very swollen. I will rest to make it better as soon as possible.”
Poor Yuko. you can see the mumps on the picture. i hope she makes a speedy recovery!!
