I haven't noticed it at all either.

It's actually pretty surprising. I checked the Shukan AKB clips, since Yukirin must've had a lot of close-up eating shots during the spicy food club. And she's had that tooth since the show started (over a year at least).
Since the tooth is pretty deep, it only appears for a few moments And it really isn't even noticeable unless you're really looking for it.
