At the end, a Man Deputy Sheriff just walked by and laughing.  What a jerk.  He should be suspended too.
   Why should we tour Tampa Bay or Disneyland?  If sheriff department treated US disabled citizen this badly, how would they abuse couple of tourist.  Probably confiscated my Laptop, mobile phone, mp3 player at the airport custom too.

The bio on the victim is that he is a national figure in spinal cord injury injury groups. The jail deputy that witnessed the dumping and walked away laughing will probably be disciplined.

Though the man was being interrogated for whatever offense he committed, the brutality shown to him with possible injurious complications certainly opens the law enforcement agency up to both lawsuits and a serious need for disabilities awareness instruction.

On a side note: The people involved are not street officers. They are not exactly the cream of the crop and so remain inside. Many begin law enforcement careers in the jail and then qualify to move up. The people involved have put a kink in their careers inside or out.

And according to the news reports I've heard: The facility, Orient Road Jail. is notorious.
