2 men missing after Japanese destroyer plows over fishing boat

A Japanese navy destroyer plowed into a small fishing boat off the Pacific coast early Tuesday, splitting the boat in two and plunging two fishermen into the chilly waters.

The men, a father and son, remained missing on Tuesday.
