Trying to start some discussion here,
Anybody else gets annoyed whenever they try to shove Amimi in the center?

Looks like Kanbara seems have a thing for that, started with Shout i guess.
Didn't he realize that she's much less an idol than a variety talent?

My guess is that he's hoping to turn some heads to Idoling with her there in the center, knowing she's quite known in the mainstream audience.
The problem is i'm afraid that the casual audience will generalize Idoling girls as 'annoying' and 'less than pretty' (which is Amimi's persona on variety)
and like, "Oh so she's the ace of the group, huh? i don't think the other will be any better..". And won't think of checking on the group

Yes in other words i'm afraid that strategy to promote Idoling will backfire instead. As i said before Idoling is still an idol group, and to have a center that reflects that and carry forth the group's image is very important. Unless Kanbara wanted to turn Idoling to somekind of comedy girl group. Even then i don't think Amimi's the right choice

Did you guys saw her in the group of 5 girls in sailor uniform? seeing her in there is almost like a running gag

didn't feel that much difference when Masuno surprised idoling on stage with their costumes on him

. Especially with J=J's ace Miyamoto Karin there

And no she's definitely not ugly or anything near, but being a center for an idol group is frickin out of the question for her

Again, she's a variety talent through and through. Trying to put her in the center is like putting a hockey player in a figure skating competition.

yup coz...i think ruri more suitable for that position..in kyupi PV,they put yuna as center this time...quite ok...but to be more precise about kawaii term ,kaepyon is the best choice..huhu...i think they choose yuna because of the increasing no. of yuna fans.
amimi more on comedy girl in my opinion,recently she always appear in many tv variety program..quite popular comedy girl i guess.

Cute song, and Amimi isn't cute at all (in my opinion), results an inadequacy.

I'm not against more Yuuna (I'm actually for more Yuuna) but it would have been nice not to forget the other members.

After the graduation of Maipuru & Soon Kaorun, i'm just thinking that lots of Idoling!!! member is overwhelmed in terms of public recognition. Yes, some of them are cute & others have great personality in show, but not much known in public..

Well Only Amimi is known in public, and.. as a blatant chara or outspoken or sharp-tongue. Agree with LarcKen, Amimi can change the way public see in Idoling!!!. Beside that i think Amimi is not often to promote Idoling!!! in most show. Well management have to think more about it, because NEO has just begin. Somehow i see that NEO is the one that should be introduced.

I've read from Girls News, Idoling 3rd-Gen will release CD Debut, the title is 黄金蟲 (Koganemushi), will be release in 3-version (Limited-A, Limited-B & Regular). The release date at August 12 (2014). They've announce it during Goto Kaoru Graduation Concert.

Can't wait for the Trio-3 (Yurippe-Aichan-Kaepyon) to release such new single

This years' TIF idoling collaboration concept is brilliant!

Each group performs the opponent group's song and then finally performed together with a chosen song from either group.

It's fun seeing Idoling's song being performed by other groups and vice versa.
And that Idoling cover of Chopper chopper by Up up Girls is just classic

I have recently started playing ukulele and have been trying to find chords for Idoling!!! songs to play, without any success (I'm nowhere near good enough to figure out the chords on my own unfortunately). Has anyone come across with Idoling!!!'s ukulele chords that you have found or can share? I would really appreciate your help on this:)

My 3 month trip through Japan is almost over and i will stay till next Tuesday in Tokyo.
