Nope, you have to use a forwarding service like tenso, japantodoor, etc...
But don't even bother to buy it yourself because since the start of this year, you cannot even use a non-japanese credit card...

I used to be able to buy things from the shop but that ended...

So if you know someone in Japan, or use a third-party buying service (japantodoor for example, cause tenso only does mail forwarding) you can get it.
