Wonder Girls Ends So Hot Promotions~ See You in Autumn
5-member girl group Wonder Girls has ended their “So Hot” promotions.

Wonder Girls has break from the norm by not promoting any follow-up songs from their “So Hot” mini album which was released in early June. After nearly two months of promoting “So Hot” and a remix version of the same song, their promotional activities has come to an end. They are scheduled for an autumn comeback in late September with their 2nd studio album.

According to JYP Entertainment, “So Hot has been equally popular as Tell Me last year but we will not be promoting any follow-up songs from the mini album and end our promotions at this. There’s no special reason behind this since we are just following our plans that we set at the beginning.”

The Wonder Girls have a scheduled fan meeting this coming Friday (25th July), 7pm while they will pick up Cyworld Song of the Month for June tonight.

Rachel: they ended promoting so hot uh it really makes me sad but at the same time im happy that they can have some rest and their 2nd album is closely coming cant wait.

So Hee and Sun Mi Were Rivals Before Debut
That was what Wonder Girls leader, Sun Ye revealed about the relationship between So Hee and Sun Mi when they were still trainees.

This was revealed by Sun Ye during KBS Joy 미남들의 포차 program on 23rd July midnight as she talked about the ‘jealousy’ between members.

Wonder Girls maknae members So Hee and Sun Mi had secretly treated each other as rivals before they debuted as Wonder Girls. Sun Ye saw all these happening in the background, “So Hee was a trainee back then and although she looked happy on the outside to see someone (Sun Mi) of the same age join her, she seemed to have developed a rival mentality inside her heart.”

It was the same for Sun Mi. After training ended, the members would be asking Sun Mi to go home together, but she would say, “So Hee hasn’t leave yet”, implying indirectly that she would only stop training if So Hee stops.

So Hee talked about the past, “We avoid each other most of the time when we were trainees and only saw each other at night while at the dance studio. But I always see Sun Mi practicing every time.”
