Unfortunately, the Nihongogo forum requires permission to download anything, and that's where he's hosting the subs.

I don't really need the subs so I don't care, BUT, the people who provide them work hard to provide them and they are under no obligation to do so. So they have all the right in the world to have some rules. I know for sure I wouldn't want my work to be taken by greedy leechers, who may not even care to post a quick "thank you".
