The girl looks sorta like her...perhaps it's her sister?

I know there were rumors of her being seen with her sister.
They definantly smile the same, and they have the same dimples! And Mako's hair is so beautiful long..

I think this pic was taken at an airport (the dual screens sort of confirm that), and I also found this on an uploader, right next to that pic. Seems a SABRE (reservations system, I work in the Travel business, so I know) itinerary including transportation from Christchurch Airport and back. Check it out

Note that the itinerary also mentions Killara, which is in Australia, so maybe the "Secret" passenger is traveling from Australia to New Zealand.
