Woman saves cops from crash, gets arrested

A trained nurse, Rachelle Jackson immediately ran toward the sound of the crash. A Chicago police car had collided with another vehicle and was starting to smoke, two officers still inside. Fearing an explosion, she quickly pulled one officer from the passenger side.She never imagined her act of kindness nearly six years ago would land her in jail for more than 10 months on charges that she robbed, battered and disarmed a peace officer.

Glad she won the case. At least it's a legitimate case to follow up on. Not like suing McDonald's cause you spilled coffee on yourself. Or as I heard recently, a man going abroad and suing the tour conductor because they were speaking in their native language, not in English.

It's sad how many cities are lacking honest cops.
I know a couple of cops myself, and while they would never do anything like that, both the guys have this attitude about them that says "Okay, I can kick your ass, so I'm going to use this power whenever possible."

I know it's not fair to judge every cop that way, but it's absurd how many fit the "bad cop wannabe" stereotype.
