Okay, so one of my friends is claiming to be this person:


It kinda looks like a jrocker (IDK ANYTHING ABOUT JROCK D:) but I would like to know for sure/have the original image if possible.
If this doesn't belong in this forum, please move it to where it belongs.

From what I hear a bunch of people dressed like that to go there on Sundays. Don't ask me why.

I asked a jrock community and they said they've seen pictures of that particular cosplayer before,

So your "friend" claims to be a Japanese cosplayer named Reiko. So that's a girl. I don't see a reason to doubt her so far. It's not like she claims to be a celebrity or anything. When a bunch of people make themselves up to look that particular way it wouldn't be surprising to have seen someone else who looks like that. Personally I'd rather trust someone who I've had real personal conversations with over a bunch of people on some J-Rock community. Just don't go out and meet that person or give them too much personal info until you're absolutely sure of her identity. You could try asking for a full body shot without the cosplay, but that may sound weird.

And though this might sound a little wrong, but how is that person's english? If it's perfect American english, I'd start to doubt the person. But hey they could be Japanese American.
