I wonder how can the girls didn't laugh during the first game when the members maked funny faces! I laughed my ass off (especially during Nono part)!

Miki finds nothing funny, she barely laughs except during skits and when other members mess up (All mighty Miki death glare)

Everyone can control themselves I guess, the members not playing laughed their asses off too, guess during games with food prizes, they are all serious

Ah thanks. I wasn't recognising the picture, I was expecting it to be some sort of animal plus they'd written it in katakana and I couldn't find anything on google. Using a translator I get "teasing" for "じゃらし" so the name makes sense now.

I thought that too, but they're with each other every day and they'll be always goofing off with each other so it'll seem less funny to themselves than it does to us.

very funny episode. i was wondering how they kept a straight face too. it was too much for me

some of the girls really looked at home looking all yankii while some still looked very innocent and cute no matter how hard they try to be a rebel.

I really loved the lastest H!M! Watching it over and over:D
When they were trying to break the balloon, it was great how Yakkun's observations about Takahashi's happy comment being scary, became true...how she destroyed the balloon with one arm was amazing:o Her yankee role in the skit was funny at the end when she rolled her r's.
Yui, hehehe! Match Girl gone bad. Loved the head movements, I think it would've sounded even better if she put more of her Osaka accent into it but her accent sounds gentle compared to the stereotypical one.

I missed that! Have to listen for it when watching it again.

All the mm yankee portrayals have softened us to a class of people who in reality might be rather inconvenient to deal with and the term can carry a pretty strong pejorative association. Mari was on some travel show a while back in a small village and they asked some people on the street if they recognized her. One of those who did was a little girl who didn't like her. Why? She's a yankee!
