Abe Natsumi Best Selection 15 Shoku no Nigaoe Tachi is the 1st best album by Abe Natsumi. It will be released on December 10, 2008. The album comes with a bonus DVD including all the PVs from tracks 1 to 10, that is all her singles from 22sai no Watashi to Iki wo Kasanemashou.

Nacchi's unreleased song 鳴り止まないタンバリン (Nariyamanai Tambourine) and her special single Takaramono released as "Sen" are expected to be on this album according to a commercial pamphlet.

I'd hoped for maybe a few new versions of older songs or a remix or something, I'd be more inclined to buy this for the DVD than the actual album.

It's too soon to make any guess. It could be the start of a new era for her, wrapping her old music and focusing exclusively on acoustic, or simply the perfect Christmas release now she has enough singles for it.

Definitely. It's a very good thing! hachama is going pragmatic, sacrificing a possible PV DVD Collection to make the Best more appealing, showing off Nacchi's beauty along with the songs, with a formal CD+DVD(PVs) like all agencies (but UFA) do.

Same here. As soon as the BEST is up for pre-order, I'll order it and the single. I won't mind if it's a slow tempo one. Nacchi needs our support so that she can keep on releasing.

I'm excited we finally get to listen to her song Nariyamanai Tambourine. Remember? Anyone? Natsumi Abe's 4th single canceled because of her plagiarism scandal. This automatically makes it a good song.

I agree. Any song belonging to that period is automatically better than today's music.

Could be taken either way. On the one hand, it's good because Nacchi's getting an album, which means getting some promo. On the other hand, it's not an album of new material, but instead a "Best of".


Many people probably hope she'd get something new/better, but it's still better than nothing.

At this point, I'm happy with ANYTHING Nacchi.. as long as it focuses on her, then  I'll take it.

And wow, I didn't even notice that was the unreleased 4th single. I'm more excited now than before if that's even possible. So even if it's a release with all of her old songs, the bonus is we get a song from the past that we never got to hear!

・12/10発売のベストアルバムのタイトルは「安倍なつみベストセレクション15色の似顔絵たち」
・ベストアルバムは全１５曲収録でうち３曲が未発表曲（既出情報と異なるので注意！）

-The title of the BEST is "Abe Natsumi Best Selection 15 Shoku no Nigaoe Tachi"
-The album will contain three new songs.

I was so excited when I heard about this news. 3 new songs! That is awesome. I definitely need to order this CD. Too bad I already made my pre-order with SCREEN & some other cds already :/
