Its seems MM is going ALL OUT for this single which is awesome to see! They usually do like 2 music shows + a bunch of radio shows now they are doing big name variety tv and popular music shows + radio shows (which I haven't added yet)

The only reason there's so much promo this time is because it's the 40th single, which makes it more significant as it's a bit of a milestone compared to the rest of their singles. Watch, singles 41-49 will go back to having the "reduced" amount of promo that their recent singles have been getting.

Do the above-linked announcements say what they're going to be doing (if anything)? They're both in Gatas & Ongaku Gatas, but I wouldn't bet on the latter being active again anytime soon.

I used Google translator and it says that Nocchi will be part of Up Front Eggs, and still be with Gatas.

Looks like the Up Front Eggs will be the next step for the Eggs still waiting to debut in a unit.

Sawachan however, graduates entirely and will focus on academics/studies.

The official Hello! Project website has announced that both Arisa Noto (20) and Yuri Sawada (17) are soon graduating as members of Hello! Pro Eggs.

Noto will graduate at a concert at Yokohama BLITZ on September 23, then will continue her activities as an Up-Front Egg. Her blog has already been moved to a new address on Ameblo. Although she is leaving Hello! Pro Eggs, she will remain part of the Ongaku Gatas unit.

Sawada, on the other hand, is leaving both Hello! Pro Eggs and Ongaku Gatas to focus on attending university. Her last activities will be a series of stage performances at the Akasaka Red Theater on August 26-30.
