possibly an audition for the next generation. it has been over two years, and didn't tsunku mention something at his AX09 panel that there would be one in the near future?

maybe this is why theres so much promotion for this single?

he said at the panel that there would be one soon, but not in 2009.

i bets its something to do with kirarin or jewel pet or announcing some other anime thing...seeing as crunchyroll is primarily an anime site. or maybe streaming something mm/h!p related

Berryz Koubou's Maasa Sudo cast in "Light Novel" adaptation

Toru Honda's popular light novel series "Light Novel no Tanoshii Kakikata" is being turned into a live-action film next year, with Maasa Sudo (17) of Berryz Koubou playing the heroine role.

Published by GA Bunko, the novel series is a romantic comedy about a male high school student named Yakumo Atae, who knows that his classmate Tsurugi Yabusame is secretly a light novel author.

Sudo will play the part of Tsurugi. The rest of the cast, including the protagonist Yakumo, will be announced in the near future.

Who knew Maasa would get to try her acting chops!!
