^And done.

Nods to
Stardust for posting a short summary of the article as well, I just fleshed it out.

The girls are so cute!
=======
The Hello! Project family, set up by the well known Japanese producer and musician Tsunku, inducts their first handpicked overseas group. From the day (11/8) when they first started out on their strict dancing and singing training regime while going through the preparations for their first album, the group members who only have an average age of 16 years are all excited and nervously anticipating their trip to Japan, with hopes that the results of their training will exceed expectations and be able to achieve recognition for Taiwan.
Since its beginnings in 1997, this is the first time the H!P family has held an audition outside of Japan. Through the 4 months of competition on Taiwanese television program 「Hello Project New Star」, from over a thousand beautiful young Taiwanese girls, six of the elite had been chosen. These six girls have become the first foreign group that made it through official auditions to enter H!P. After the competition, Forward Records and H!P have spent over a month detailing the contents of the contract as well as the rules of the company, as well as discussing the preparations of their debut album. After all the related affairs have been confirmed and dealt with, the six girls set off towards Japan on the morning of 11/8 to embark on the official H!P training regime, as well as to record the Japanese-language songs of their first album.
The dawn of 11/8 saw the six members gathering at the company building before heading to the airport. Though the sun had not fully risen, all the girls looked energetic, with some indication that some of them had been too excited to even sleep at all, getting even more excited as they looked at their own passports. The 12 year old Gu Yun, whose father is known athlete Gu Jinshui, also mobilized the entire family to see his daughter off to the assembly point at the company. When ask about how his precious daughter's first trip overseas would be without the company of family, Gu Jinshui indicated that his daughter was independent and an obedient child, so he had nothing much to worry about nor did he specially have anything to say to her, only hoping that Gu Yun would not squander such a hard won opportunity and to do her best.
Zeng Deping, who once gave people an image of one who is boke and often late for appointments (Me: like Eri? o_O

), was the first to arrive at the assembly point. She indicates that ever since being chosen, she has been diligently memorizing the intonations and pronunciations of the Japanese language, in hopes to build a solid foundation before tackling proper conversational skills. With all the support of her family and classmates behind her, she does not want to let them down.
Qiu Cui Ling, the second youngest at 14 years old, was always worrying that she would not be able to keep up with the training, but after her family told her that whether or not she could keep up had nothing to do with her age, but with her own effort, she has since settled down more, often mumbling words of encouragement to herself for motivation.
"Lightbulb", otherwise known as Zhao Guorong, was down with a cold, and is just as much of a worrywart. While sending her luggage through customs, she heard a notice that liquids and fluids were forbidden on their carry-on luggage, which made her so worried that she asked the staff members: "What do I do? I brought my medicine with me...will I be taken as a terrorist?". Her nervous expression and reaction was very adorable.
Anqi (Zhong Anqi) and Joy (Wu Si Xuan), who are closer in age, had a more mature, reliable image, often taking note of where the other girls were and how they were doing. When free, both would take out their lyric sheets and practice together.
As the girls had already seen on video how the Morning Musume girls had had to go through a tough training process before their debuts, they were understandably nervous about having to go through the same regime, not relaxing despite already having the release of their first album confirmed. But when the girls started talking about what was most important on their trip to Japan, it was, shockingly, "to go to Disneyland"! There is no doubt that this was the thoughts of young girls.
As it turned out, besides arranging their strict training regimes and recording schedules, Tsunku had already instructed the staff not to forget to take the girls out around Tokyo for sightseeing in order to give them a break. Apart from wanting to go to Disneyland, the girls also hope they have a chance to see their senpais in H!P in person, to ask for advice in how to become a professional idol and entertainer.
「Hello!Project New Star」's new album is projected for release before the turn of the lunar new year (Me: Somewhere in early 2009, before February, approximately?). As for the official group name, it will be decided by the Japanese producers on this trip after more consultation with Forward Records, and announced on another date.
==================
Credits to me I guess? Lol.
I think I'm liking them more already. Especially that Lightbulb girl...so cute, so...H!P material. XDDD Her terrorist comment....rofl...so paranoid. Adorable indeed.

Can't wait to hear more from them.
