The Slants:How the Wicked Live. They're a rock band out of Portland that I grew attatched to after my first Sakura-con('08) they opened for SCANDAL.
in '09 they were back and opened for gurugamesh on Fri and again for the band that opened for hAngry & Angry on Sun. Seen a couple of their shows in a few places from Seattle to Salem,Or.
please take a listen and help them out.

I had never seen this cover of 80's rock band Tom*Cat (with vocalist Atsumi Matsuzaki) song "Furare Kibun de Rock'n Roll" (ふられ気分でRock'n Roll) by
this Berrykyuu team. Chisato, Kanna, Maasa, and Miyabi did a great job, but please also check out the original as well, when you have time.

Kurosawa san's post above of Gladys Knight and the Pips was well appreciated. They are legends, and probably there will never be a line-up like that ever again. I sometimes jokingly refer to the current 5 member line-up of C-ute as "MaimiAiri and the Pips", but that is not meant as a knock on Nakky, Chisato, and Mai. The Pips were an integral part of the sound, and if you ever saw their stage show, those gentlemen would bring it. Without futher ado, ladies and gentlemen, Gladys Knight and the Pips!

^ It molds people into understanding the old music and what has been brought out in the past 10-20 years were because of the music from that time, although the C-ute comment was too hilarious to pass up, although it looks that way but lately it has been less that.

I love Time of my Life a lot so I was interested but the song in general.... meh

Out of the blue I decided to click on my desktop shortcut for JPH!P Radio just now, and managed to catch Morning Musume's "Osaka Koi no Uta" perfectly right as it began, like a whole second before Yossy starts talking!
