The song is so awesome, I've had it on repeat for the past couple hours. One of the best arrangements I've ever heard on a k-pop song, and that instrumental version proves it. I fucking love that sci-fi theramin melody during the verses. Would make an awesome club song, and I hope it has some addicting dance part which everyone will be doing.

And about the Yuri and Sunny parts in the 2nd verse, I thought it was the other way around, but I'm no expert so...

So Hyoyeon, Sooyoung, yoona and Yuri each have one solo part (Yuri's is at the bridge). Yuri's seem to be very little at front, but if you listen to the instrumental, she actually did quite a bit or harmonising.

as what SITS have said GEE has a kick ass arrangement, IMO what makes it is that the unconventional beat breaks plus the electronic effects, it's very E-Tribe. And has a strong potential to be a club hit? i thought it was intended to be a versatile song in the first place, that's why i was looking for a remix on the track list after hearing the preview.

You're awesome. Because that's basically what I said when I listened to the song without your color coded goodness. Yayyyy, I was right~~~
I SERIOUSLY was doubting that was Yul who sang right after Jess' part and the chorus. But are you sure "dugeundugeun georyeo bamen jamdo mot irujyo" is Yoona and not sooyoung? I mean sometimes she does sound like SooYoung when she makes her voice go whistely high, but... I dunno

"neomuna tteugeoweo manjil suga eopseo
sarange tabeoryeo hukkeunhan geol" sounds like it could be SooYoung OR Yoon.

And I don't hear Yul in the harmonizing/chorus...I heard Jess, Seo, and SOMETIMES Yul (especially after TaeYeon's first two lines).
"maldo mothaetneun geol neomu bukkeureoweo haneun nan" sounds like someone is backing Yul up.

But I definitely agree with who does the parts before Yoon/Soo and Hyo in parenthesis.

Who does the nononono, ohohohoh,geegeegee (sounds like yul), etc parts? Is that Jess too? Sounds like she's doing it with Seo and someone else.

Sometimes I go with logic too, since Hyoyeon got that whole verse to herself and if Yoona had to share this with Sooyoung, she'd have very little to sing, so.
I think all Yuri's harmonising is for Tae's lines. It ain't gonna be for live though. I wonder which lines they gonna just use the backing track for live perfs...

That Boys' Generation thing just..does not work with this song

. I cringed when I heard the BoyJess singing 'babo'. I loved it for Girls' Gen, Honey and Baby Baby though. Those versions are great.
