I think its the Aya's awesome voice vrs. totaly crappy song. I think the song is pretty poor, but Ayaya just sounds so good it almost makes up for it. Honestly, I think her voice has gotten better, if that's even possible.

Doesn't help either that she's stuck sitting for the PV (though that was probably unavoidable as it was probably filmed after she broke her toe).
