Chicken pox sucks… can’t sit or lie down so have to walk around in circles playing this game.

PROPERTY
-   Always buy in bulk.  If you by properties one by one, the price gradually goes up.  Buy 5 or 10 or more at a time to lock in the best price.
-   Unless if you’ve got millions in cash, it’s best not to buy Avenue.  You’ll get better ROI by buying up Bed & Breakfasts until the price of B&Bs goes up to 15,000, at which time the marginal ROI for B&Bs equals that of Fast Food joints.  At the Avenue level, Motels have the best ROI.  Only buy Uptown if you have tens of millions in cash.

ATTACK
-   There’s basically 3 good strategies: attack JOBBERS who do lots of jobs and have a poor win/loss ratio (this gives you $$$; attack this fool again and again and again; then once he’s in the ER jot his name down so you can hit him again when he gets out), attack NOOBS who have small mobs (easy win and exp, but little or no $), and attack WANKERS who have massive mobs (greater than 10x level, e.g., a level 10 with a mob of 500) and expensive property (risky but potential for big $$$).  The idea behind attacking wankers is that they have large mobs as a deterrent, but since they put all their money in buying expensive property, they won’t have enough money to properly arm their mobs.
-   There’s also the DICK strategy: fool people into joining your mob (especially if they have lots of property and don’t play often), then attack them.  You’ll need good defense for this strategy, because soon you’ll become a marked man.  Of course, I'll never do this to another JPH!Pster!
-   Arm your mob.  It’s better to have a mob of 50 with 50 x .50 revolvers than to have a mob of 150 x 1 pistol.
-   The best strategy is therefore to be invincible: do NOT level up, get the maximum mob size for your level, arm every single one of them with weapons with the highest attack value.
-   If you have less than 30 health and plan on getting in a fight, it’s best to prepare by depositing enough money in the bank that you can recharge your health in the ER.

MISSION
-   Below level 15, the mission with the best $ ROI for energy is Liquor Store Break-in.
-   Below level 20, the best $ ROI is diamond theft but only on the high-side.
-   Above level 20, the best $ ROI for energy is extortion.  But you’ll need lots of expensive weapons to be able to do this mission.
