I don't really like to bump this thread but I don't know if everyone got the email/is checking the webpage/lurking other places and it's rather important for people who bought a ticket so there we go.

They finally announced when we'll get the money back.

Refund of Stockholm Japan Expo 2009 tickets!

We are glad to announce that the ticket refunding will start on Monday 25th of May until Monday 8th of June.
Be sure to refund your tickets as soon as possible.

The refunding is administrated through Ticnet.

The association that owns SJX has made a deal with a company group and is already starting to plan for a future event. We will be back!

Also on a small side-note I'll be in Stockholm with my sister from the 23rd-25th still. Our hotel is on this semi-island above the former SJX09 location. I have still no clue what we're going to do since I don't want to spend any money except for some food and the like. I don't really feel like meeting all those H!O people I don't know either.
So yeah, at least we get the ticket money back (except for the Ticnet fee ~60skr if I heard correctly)

Good news about the refund. I was thinking about that earlier today before getting on the plane.

Yeah, I'm in Stockholm now. Will stay until monday morning. Got some plans down, but if anyone else is up for it, I'm thinking why not just meet up a quicky (those of us that are/will be here) and say hi. Maybe look a bit like this ;_; due to the lack of Buono.

could someone help, please. Refund should have started today. I visited my ticnet account but somehow there is no refund option. Is it just me or are there others with the same problem?

Somehow this getting even more annoying. How can people be so unorganized. This is just rude letting people wait over a month.

a friend got this e-mail

Pre paid, not yet picked up tickets they will refund. Bank payed ticket they need a bank account number.
Credit card payed not yet picked up tickets they will put the money back on the card.
When it comes to tickets directly picked up from Ticnet or ATG-representative, the customer needs to go to the store to refund the tickets.

Does that mean they refund it automatic, or what?

yes... that´s somehow strange  ... I mailed ticnet, but they didn´t answer yet  ...

I also sent them an email yesterday evening and got a positive response now

Hello,
We will refund the payment to your card. Please observe that you will refund the price of the tickets but not the servicea-charge.

I'm not sure if everyone has to contact them (would be easier if they just refunded everyone since almost everyone got the eticket and had to pay via credit card) but it's probably better to be safe than sorry and just do it. Or wait a few days (3~4?) to see if you get the money on your card and if not contact them.
