This case has been pretty big news here..

Many blame the immigration office for being mean, but hey, her parents used other peoples passports to enter Japan.. The only people they can blame is themselves.. If they were legit, none of this would've been a problem..

Yeah. I hate to be that guy, but this girl at least got the chance to stay on a temporary visa. Oh so many times have children her age been sent back to Iraq, Iran, Libanon, Syria, eastern Europe etc from Sweden when immigration found out they/their family aint got legit papers to stay. As would I assume it's the same in any country in the world.

Personally I don't think it's fair to throw her out. Neither is what her parents did fair to her. She's more or less innocent and shouldn't take the heat for it. Hopefully this will turn out fine for her in the end.

Just to clarify, I don't condone illegal immigration, I just linked the news :)

And I think this girl deserves a chance. No matter what her parents did, she was born in Japan 3 years after her parents entered the country, and has lived all her life in Japan. So yes I think she deserves a chance.
