LUCKY BAGS

Hahahahah oh gosh ;_;

OK I don't really know why but I thought I should try my luck with the lucky bags. So even if they are INSANELY EXPENSIVE I've bought 3 from the ribbon section and one from the jewel section (the classical one. It better be good).

Bought the heart one as a bit of a risk; if it's not my style maybe it still has something cute that won't lose its value in the future >_> The red+black one, I'm surprised if it doesn't have something I like because this colour combo is one of my favs. And then, with lolli's help, decided on the cheap light blue one - absolutely no idea what it will have, but I'm hoping it has something that is not quite my style but still cool, so I can 'widen my style' lolol.

I'd still be interested in getting the leopard one (for the same reason as the light blue one; I'm not crazy about leopard print but it might have some nice popstar fashion type stuff) and the white venus one (looks like it might have jewellery and something pretty).

All the other ones I'm iffy about because of the colour. Either I have nothing that matches or I have other doubts lol.

But now I feel like kicking myself a little bit because I just realized that there might be autumn items coming up soonish and they might actually have NEW COLOURS omg

And if I don't have enough ribbons I'll be very sad.

Lol hi me again

I decided to start my "poupee investigations", that means commenting every poupee on my f-list with 5 comments and keeping a list of which ones comment back HAHA (Of course, this doesn't include Jphipsters, but other people that I only know from poupeegirl)
Not sure what I'll do with the results, I might just keep a note of "the good ones" and only keep commenting them cuz they earn it... A more drastic move would be to de-friend people who don't keep in touch, but I think it would be viewed as a bitchy move and I always worry what people are thinking about me lol T_T

Anyway that means I'm not sure when I'll be able to comment y'all's items again cuz I want to get this over&done with, so hmmm I understand if you take a break from commenting me as well

Haha whatever feels good! There's about 120 people I need to "test" so... Omg it might take a month

OK holy shit I'll take a break some days to comment spam my ladies SB and Odango, but yeah... Haha

I'm going crazy, poupee is such serious business.

I forgot my bracelets on for some of these pics. Bracelets were not included in any bags so ignore them lol

1. The light blue heart bag: I like the hair ribbon (even if I already have one in a lighter shade of blue) and the top. The shoes are ok. The shorts I'll have a hard time wearing with anything, because I really prefer skirts and dresses on poupee.

But overall I'm happy; I expected this bag to have something I don't usually wear, and the bag answered to those expectations :3

2. The red dot bag: I LOVE EVERYTHING. Even if the top is a re-colour from previous items, I don't care because luckily I didn't buy any of those tops. And I love black+red combo!!!

3. Pink heart bag: Definitely not what I expected

The dress could be better, and I hate leggings on poupee (don't know why, I just never wear them. I prefer high socks), but I like grey+pink combo and the hair bow is adorable!! I like the shoes because I haven't seen shoes like this on poupee before ^o^

4. Classic bag from jewel section (The blue bag was not included, I just had to wear it to show off the ribbon ring): I'm so glad I don't have to regret spending some of my few jewels on this! 6 items and all are wonderful ♥ I took a separate picture of the under shirt, too. So pretty! I'm not big on wearing those little hats though, but whatever. It's cute

Anyway what do we learn from this?
Recolours for ribbon users, cool new stuff for jewel buyers. I don't like to whine but it was a bit sucky that even the 450 ribbon heart bag included a dress that was only a little bit changed from a previous item. D: wth But at least I got stuff that I like!!

Yeah, it's safe to assume all Jewel items are gonna be cuter than ribbon items... I got lucky in that I liked most of what's in the ribbon bags this time. But I wish I could have gotten that pink lace baaag.

New fashion items again...!! I'm loving the new fall colours, but I'm sad that I'm mostly liking the items in the jewel section cuz I don't want to spend the rest of my jewels all at once. Ended up buying the grey flower camisole dress after briefly consulting Jphip chatroom. LOL!!

Some of the new prices are like wtf. When I'm considering buying something I end up thinking "meh, I could buy something I like more/something similar for a cheaper price from the poupee market". And it used to be the opposite D: I remember when I first joined, icey warned me that I should buy from Katherine's shop because it would be more expensive later. But it's totally changed now, isn't it?? Kat's asking 100+ for almost everything these days. Ridiculous! lol

OmfgWTF the limiteds are FUG!!! Maaaaan, I'm so disapponited. Out of all those new 40-something items I hate all except for only TWO items!!! Wtfffff Kath!!!!!

Oh well I guess this means I can save ribbons... In case there's a great new release... Also for the contest items I missed. I want a lot of those outfits.

I only like a few items of the current even as well :/ But they should be releasing the Design Contest items soon! ^^ I want sooooooo many of the items T.T I especially want the Naomi sweater~ That thing is so cute

I'm thinking they might release it this Friday or next since it's around the 6 month mark

The lucky bags do have entire outfits in them, but I added a lot of accessories and stuff to the pictures above.

There's about 4-6 items or so in a bag. But the Lucky Bags stopped being on sale on the 29th.

Don't worry, though... There will be more Lucky Bags in the future! And in about 6 months or so, all of the items in these lucky bags will be for sale at the free market!

Just keep checking this thread for updates. LOL

So typical. I went to poupee market to look for a black bag. Ended up buying three red ones instead. LOL! But but they didn't have anything I wanted, at least for a decent price haha....

Hair accessories are so expensive in Poupée land O_o It's more expensive than buying pants and shirt together!

For now I'll save for when something good comes along. Took many item pics yesterday so i'll have stuff to upload for the rest of the week

Yeah they are! x-x That's the first thing I noticed at poupee. The good thing is, if you happen to get a hair accessory that you don't like or need from an upload or shell spring or something, then you can also sell it for a high price.

From uploads, I got the black flower hair band! I use it a lot though so I'll never sell it! LOL

So... New items came out last night.

Any opinions on them? I'm rather... mehhh. But some items are growing on me like the leopard bows.
