Shida Mirai holds her 2nd photo book release event

On March 31st, actress Shida Mirai held a release event for her new photo book, “Mirai ~Chiisai Desu Kedo, Nani ka?~“, at Bunkyodo Book Store in Shibuya.

This is Shida’s 2nd photo book, and fans will be able to experience all four seasons with the actress. Shida shared that her favorite shot is the one where she cuts her long hair that she spent 2 years growing out.

This photo book also commemorates Shida’s graduation from high school. She confessed, “I hope to meet someone wonderful before I turn 20.”

Shida revealed that her type is actor Abe Hiroshi, and explained, “His atmosphere, but I like his face!” Although her dream of “eating crepes in Harajuku with her boyfriend” didn’t come true, she stated, ”I want to do it with Abe-san even if it’s my role! I don’t mind playing the role of his daughter, but I’m aiming for it someday!”

When asked what she would like to graduate from, Shida said, “I gained body fat, so I want to graduate from overeating. When my mom makes gyoza, I eat like 30 of them.”

Info from Oricon on Mirai's next drama, Yukie will be playing her mother?

On May 20th, NTV announced a new drama for the upcoming summer season called ‘Ghost Mama Sousasen ~Boku to Mama no Fushigi na 100 Nichi~‘ starring actress Nakama Yukie in the role of a ghost.

Nakama is going to play a police woman working at a Community Safety Department called Uehara Choko. Uehara has a very bright and obliging personality and cannot look away when other people are in trouble. She’s living a happy family life together with her husband played Sawamura Ikki, her daughter played by Shida Mirai, and her son played Kimino Yuma.

NTV is going to air ‘Ghost Mama Sousasen’ every Saturday at 9:00 pm starting in July.

Shots of Mirai's guest spot on Kagi no Kakatta Heya, will do more once the subs come out, this is her second time doing an appearance on an Erika drama,

don't know if you recall Mirai's performance in season one of Boss, think it was episode 6, one of the better episodes of that season especially when Mirai's character matches brains with Kimoto.
