Yeah, they are only available in Japan but you can use shopping sites like FromJapan to buy them. Ebay is another site you should check but there's rarely full picture sets.

She ended the message with, “It’s only a little at a time, but I’m heading towards recovery. I’m really sorry to have worried you… I want to meet everyone soon.”

On April 5th and 6th, Itano informed worried fans of her ill health with a Twitter post that said, “I got a vaccination in my left shoulder yesterday, it hurts. I’m also feverish. Do vaccinations give these kind of symptoms?” and “I got a fever. It’s painful“.
