She's known as Mogami Yuki, like what artezart had mentioned earlier. She's part of the 30 contestants who's taking part in the upcoming Miss Flash 2011 event, you can check out
her profile and stats here. There's a
voting page set-up by Kobunsha for the public with internet access to vote for their fav contestant out of the 30 girls, she's contestant No.28 on that page so if anyone really likes her, feel free to vote for her but AFAIK, that voting page only allows domestic japanese citizens to take part in the votes (because they require valid domestic address details and etc), but reader votes are also allowed when you buy their FLASH magazines with registration postcards included in them, which you can submit in via snail mail method.
The public voting event ends on the 5th of November, and all 30 contestants are also required to go through a 2nd round of judge panel event hosted by a group of people (prob a bunch of random hosts/editorial staffs from Kobunsha or
mache.tv) somewhere also in November, after which the ending results for 10 finalists will be announced on the 22nd of November in their FLASH magazine, who will then be selected to take part in the Final Grand Prix event of Miss Flash 2011, and they will go through another round of booting event again with only 3 finalists left to win this Final Grand Prix competition event. (they will prob release further details for the Final Grand Prix event in the near future)
