I just started thinking about that today, about how the treatment of Kanye is going to be completely different. Is it a good thing that America almost expects its celebrities to have scandals and be assholes?
I never really paid attention to the idol scene in the 90s, so was there anything like this when we had boybands too? But then again, did any of us really believe that Justin and Britney stayed pure? Justin even mocked that in his SNL skit.

It is interesting to note how the Asian idol market differs.

BTW, has anyone else noticed that Again and Again is pretty much the exact same composition as Nobody? It's like, a mashup wouldn't even be fun, since they're so similar.

This is the kind of thing that I like to see: positive support in a creative manner, in support for Jaebum, instead of criticism and blame to JYP and whoever else. Good to see that some people are understanding the real issue at hand here.

Very interesting. A local news station covered the Jaebum story very briefly, touching on the basics of course, and talking about the situation, and they even showed some footage of what they may want people to believe is his actual house in Edmonds. I for one, certainly hope that they used stock footage of some random house, as to not show people where they can stalk him.

Yeah, I've seen them... but not Vancouver's. :\ I didn't know about 2PM until this scandal, but after watching these flash mob vids, I'm starting to like some of their music... I'll post a flash mob vid in here that features another song that I like (besides Again & Again). Maybe you guys can help me figure out what it is.
