On February 16th, Kasai Tomomi held the first solo live and high-five meeting of her solo debut single “Masaka” at Yokohama BLITZ.

This is her first solo live since announcing her graduation from AKB48 in December. About 1,000 fans attended the event. During the MC, she
thanked her fans for their supports and said, “For deciding on my graduation, walking on the new road, even though I’m still worried about what I
can do by myself, but, because of everyone, I’m able to move forward.” and “Solo debut was my dream. Having a solo live right now is “Masaka
(No Way)” thing for me.”. For her future, She declared once again, “I decided to continue as a singer after graduating from AKB48.”

To be able to sing SPEED‘s “My Graduation”, she expressed her feelings toward the song, “They’re my inspiration and I always admire them. Since
I have my solo live, I wanted to sing this song all the way.”.

Ex-AKB48 member Ohori Megumi (Mee-tan) also appeared as a surprise guest. As the same generation in AKB48, Ohori always loves Kasai like her
little sister. After seeing Kasai to be able to stand on her own, Ohori cried before the event. The show were delayed for 30 minutes. Ohori
apologized to the audiences and said, “I’m sorry. I was crying again.”.

There was a surprise video message from AKB48 member Umeda Ayaka who was her teammate in the old team K. Umeda expressed her feelings
after hearing Kasai’s graduation announcement last year, “I was really shocked. But, since we’re together as a 2nd generation member, I want to support her.”.
