Mayuyu... She's so cute man. I think Mayu is like the epitome of Idol. She's cute, has personality, sings rather well. I love that she's an otaku. If she were 18 yet, I'd probably be saying some other things as well. But for now, let's just go with how cute she is. There have been some pretty memorable Mayu moments for me. Despite the twin tails and bangs being her thing, I think she looks really good with her hair loose and down. She's always the highest ranked member of Team B on my list and kind of bounces around being in the top 10 and only recently fell out (only to 11 though).

I was indifferent to Mayuyu for the longest time, but once I started paying attention I started to dig her fast. Sometimes she does come off as a little snoody, but I don't think think she means it that way. I love that she's a genuine anime otaku. It's so cute watching her spaz out over anime. Also, when put in the right atmosphere, she's amazingly fun to watch. The best example of this is Sabadol. She is excellent in this show because it plays to her strengths. Such a fun watch. Her looks are also top notch, especially lately. As tenkei said,

I always respected her and her talent, but it took me a while to get on the Mayuyu bandwagon. Now though, I'm totally on and loving the ride. She's a terrific idol. Maybe not my favorite in all aspects, but what she does well, she does very well.

FYI, the above calendar is a mini calendar that came with WPB 2012 No.11.

It is not one of the Mayu calendars that are/were available on CDJapan, etc, which explains the random collection of old and new pics.

As what muppet said, the voice-acting sounds professional and I can't tell that Mayuyu and Lovetan are new at this.

Seriously, Mayuyu is all set to take over the world. Solo debut, lovely live singing, convincing anime voice-acting, perfect idol demeanor with a quirky sense of humour (oshiri FTW!) and the cutest / most gorgeous face ever!
