And general descriptions as to what's going on in each panel/4koma (thanks to gideon123@S48):
So here's a rough break down of what each set of panels was about (and the panels are read going straight down):
First page, left: Hetare no Yabou ("Fail-Sauce Ambition"):
Some of the senbatsu girls are calling Atsuko "Acchan" so Uza-Rino considers calling her "Acchan" too. Uza-Rino practices in dressing room, but when she finally tries it out...she ends up botching it and calling her "Assan." With the creepiest face ever. And Atsuko's like "Huh?"
First page, right: Chigaundesu Maeda-san! (It's Not What You Think, Maeda-san!"):
Uza-Rino comes in one morning, and she spots the costume designated for the center. She plays around with it for a bit, but then Atsuko comes by and catches Uza-Rino wearing. And Uza-Rinos' like, "Oh, crap...I...uh..."
Second page, left: U~za~ ("So~ Obnoxious~"):
Yuko's groping Atsuko from behind while Uza-Rino thinks, "I wanna try communicating more with my seniors." Atsuko's like, "Yuko, stop that!" though Yuko's all proud of what she did, and Uza-Rino's like, "I'll try that!" So she goes up to Haruna from behind and gropes like - "Ko, Kojiharu-san, I found you~...!" Haruna's like, "What the hell~?" but is then all casual like "Ah, so obnoxious," when she realizes it's Uza-Rino. So rather then making progress with her senior, Uza-Rino just gets burned.
Second page, right: Negatei-bu Buchou ("Leader of the Negative Club"):
Uza-Rino wakes up at 7:00. She soon turns to her cell phone, creeps over to it, and after checking it out...gets all excited over keeping the No. 7 spot on the blog ranking. It turns out that Uza-Rino is so negative that even though her blog doesn't go up in the ranking, she's all excited that her blog doesn't go down in the ranking.
Third page, left: Ue Kara Mokesen ("Line of Sight From Above"):
A couple of the girls are looking through Yuko's solo PB and praise her for her D-cup chest. Uza-Rino overhears and is like, "D-cup!? Really!?" The girls then go on to compliment Kasai's and Kashiwagi's figures, and Uza-Rino's like, "Crap...I'm so in the losers' group..." after groping her own flat chest. But then Uza-Rino and Rie check out check out each other's chest, especially after having appeared in the same photo collection, and then put on haughty airs because they think their own chests is bigger than the other girl's.
Third page, right: Chiisa-sugiru Mokuhyou ("Too-Small of a Goal"):
Uza-Rino's watching the "Heavy Rotation" and after timing her screen time, she realizes she appears for just under 2.5 seconds. So then she's all like, "Next time, I'll be filmed for up to 3 seconds~!!"
Fourth page, left: Ja~ji Inochi ("Jersey Life"):
Uza-Rino's deciding what which jersey to wear, and in the end decides on a jersey with a with a snake emblem on it. Later on girls are complimenting Mariko for stylish hat and Tomi-chin for her stylish bag, and Uza-Rino figures they'll compliment her on her stylish jersey. But the don't. Turns out she can't see how problematic? it is for her to have nothing but sweats in her wardrobe.
Fourth page, right: Aji-Onchi Hetare ("Tongue-Deaf Lame"):
The AKB girls are eating out together, and Uza-rino's all excited when the staff member announces that they'll be starting out with steak that Akimoto-sensei suggests. And as she eats it, she's all like, "Hey, this is really good!" (By the way, I think that's supposed to be Moeno sitting next to her.) And later on, Uza-Rino's eating a boxed lunch on location for a shoot, and she's like, "Hey, this boxed lunch is really good!!" And then later on she's at home eating cup ramen, and she's like "Hey, this cup ramen is really good!!!" It turns out she can't tell the difference in quality of taste.
Fifth page, left: Senta~ Muri ("Center is Impossible"):
Uza-Rino's talking all big to Yokoyama Yui , a Kenkyuusei at the time, and tells her, "When it comes to AKB, you seriously gotta aim for No. 1!" And Yui's like, "Even though you've finally hit No. 19, I can so see you being center! Sashihara-san is really studying!" And then a staff member pops in - "Sashihara's here! Oh, thank goodness! Yo get this - we got the time wrong for an interview by and hour, so the major girls have to leave for that. So that means that for the encore performance of "Heavy Rotation," please take care of the center position, Sashihara!!" Uza-Rino's like, "Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee~~~~~~~~~~!!!!!!!!!!!!" So when Uza-rino's on stage as center, Yokoyama's cheering her on like "Sashihara-san!" and thinking to herself, "If this girl can do it, then I can do it, too!" Though really Uza-Rino is a nervous wreck on stage.
Fifth page, right: Keijou Kioku ("Shape of the Memory"):
So Uza-Rino's hanging out in a karaoke bar with two other girls, and "Heavy Rotation" comes up. Uza-Rino's like, "Yo! I'm so taking center for this one!" so all the girl get up to dance along. But when the chorus comes, Uza-Rino screws up the dance.
