I said a couple of times that I wasn't sure if the whole 'old lady' routine would work in her advantage, but after writing up all these member posts I think it does benefit her. It is important to keep your face out there and she manages to do so. I already liked Katayama in the 'old team B' era. She has good vocals and she's very pretty imo. I wish we could see more of her.

I'm not sure what kind of future she aspires... I think Katayama can go either way. Either she'll become a regular woman and is never heard from again or she manages to get a nice acting/singing career off the ground. Based on her recent gigs I think she's aiming for the latter option. Good luck, Haachan!

Haachan is one of those girls I always put in the "she deserves to be more popular" category. I never understood why she wasn't pushed as a central part of the original Team B. She was super pretty from the start, has a terrific voice, and just seemed like a generally fun girl. When LoD's of B3 started showing up, this was only confirmed a hundred times over. Her recent appearances on TV are rather hilarious, too. She managed to find a shtick that gets her some attention. I'm happy about that. Haachan simply as herself is nothing but fun too, though. Nakayan's birthday show from 2010 where Haachan got the date wrong is a good indicator of this.

Hopefully they'll consider her for future episodes of AKBINGO! and such. And of course, Junjou Shugi is still one of my absolute favorite unit songs. Always will be. Go Haachan!

I'm not really that into Haachan D: I have nothing against her, but I've never been able to fully get into her. She is pretty funny when I see her on tv, and it's funny when they pick on her. I could probably get into her more if she got a bigger push.
