This is epic, too:
2001 A Space Odyssey Opening
"Also sprach Zarathustra" by Richard Strauss
I love love love Moonlight Sonata Movements 1 and 3
Ludwig van Beethoven - "Moonlight Sonata" (1st Movement)
Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata 3rd mov. Presto Agitato
And despite its popularity, I still love Pachelbel's Canon in D.

Samuel Barber's "Adagio for Strings" makes me want to cry every time I hear it. I'm a big fan of Russian classical music, like Tchaikovsky... Lots of grand, minor key shtuff.

Adagio for Strings was voted the saddest piece of music every written, iirc.
it is quite tear worthy.

I'm a big Paganini fan.. also Vivaldi.. pretty much any renaissance style music with violins in it
I actually played violin, but I couldn't combine it with my guitar stuff.. got massive cramps every time I switched instruments.
I love stuff like this;
Yngwie Malmsteen - Cavallino Rampante
And this is probably my favorite piece, even in this form:
Vanessa Mae Toccata and Fugue

GOUNOD/BACH "Ave Maria" Piano Version
Ave Maria, nice to play on the piano, too.
Carmen - Bizet
Habanera is fun... but hard.

I only just recently discovered Suzumiya Haruhi no Gensou, which basically has the Tokyo Philharmonic playing Haruhi songs. It's awesome. It also had this, which is probably my favourite classical piece.

Some reason I mostly like piano in classical music, though, I do have the complete ring cycle (Der Ring Des Nibelungen) on CD.
here are some piano pieces I like:

I really love Gustav Holst The Planets suite. Jupiter might just be my favorite piece of music ever created.
