Open beta is OUT today. Sept 6th - 13th!

I watched the trailer the other day lol, I'm not really into mmorpg's but I wouldn't mind trying this one maybe

I was in love with this when I saw first pics & movies a few months back.
Too bad I don't have the time to play mmorpgs, this would be the first one I would really want to play.

Lots of cool idea, but reports are that it's as grindy as Lineage. I'll pass for that.

Started playing tonight lol
Took some screenshots

The game is so funny

the characters are really cool and always different. You can be really tiny and it looks so funny

lol today I played lots
First I explored this new city a bit, here's me dancing

Then I learnt how to flight

Found some chick reading a book, took a screenshot

Found Megan Fox doing some chemistry

Mined some silver

And spaced out for a bit, actually the game gives you warning each hour or so and tells you to take a break

notice what my warning says bottom left

Yeah true, although I'm usually still at work when you guys might be online. I only just get home right now (at time of posting this) so that's the soonest I can do anything with you guys if you're still on.

Ok reading the forums, the Aussie players are going to be playing on Nezekan so if anyone wants to join me I'll probably be on that one too lol

Ahh, I missed the beta. Looks real pretty though. It's like an updated version of WoW. Hope they have some kind of trial of some sort.

But then again I don't know if I have the time. I bought a 360 mainly so I can stop playing WoW.

So you're getting it Mugen? What will happen with you and your PS3 games?

hehe I think I'll just be playing Aion when I'm bored, I know there's a lot of serious players on there but from playing the beta I think it can be really fun just playing it at your own pace doing whatever you want to do without having to have to be the best at the game to have fun.

I'm looking forward to Uncharted 2 when that comes out so won't be playin Aion all the time.

Ouch on the time. I'm all ready. Leaving the NCSoft Launcher open so the game will update as soon as the patch comes out.

Patch is out now. No GameGuard! (Yay!)

And now it's gone from the launcher. Looks like a bumpy day.

crazy lol
I just woke up now and ran the launcher. It basically doesn't find the update server so I decide to go straight to plan B and setup an SSH tunnel to the US (something a lot of Aussies have to do to get through the lag of this game). It connects straight away and updates 5mb.

Now it's just a matter of waiting 56min from now before I attempt my first login

If anyone needs the update here's a megaupload link, just put this file into the game directory (aion folder) and try restarting the launcher and hitting update it should detect it and update.
