Interesting question, I remember she mentioned this before and the thing is "mokyu mokyu" doesn't really mean anything, she totally just thought it was cute and made it up for her catchphrase. If I remember correctly she thought this thing up with Mieko (KII) when they were together during S1.

I've been wondering for a while if it's actually a real word. I didn't realize that it was just a totally made up thing. Perhaps one day she'll reveal her secret and tell us all how she came up with the idea and why.
