Just found this band and I though I would share them with you guys because they're fuckin' awesome!
Jikuu Kaizoku SEVEN SEAS. They're a power metal visual kei band with a cute female lead guitarist who can shred (my dream come true)!!

Wow she's pretty fucking awesome on that guitar. That's all that really stood out to me though. They're not bad. Nice find.

She needs to post more pics of herself instead of food on her blog though

I kinda suspected it was shopped. If she were to really have the album, her hotness would rise x10, but Nana Eikura is love either way.

Heh, there are a lot of great female guitarists, but most of them weren't also blessed with cuteness like Eita.
Update: I just ordered the September issue of Young Guitar, that I believe includes a DVD featuring her (where the youtube video came from). If it is, then I'll upload the whole thing for everyone. If it isn't... Well, at least it has Marty Friedman on it. \m/

Curses! Well, hopefully the magazine has some images that I can scan. Whatever's on the DVD, I'll throw up here when I get it. I'll just hope for the best!
About their other album. I've been looking for it, but it seems like just a demo that was distributed to indie shops, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere.
Also, someone asked how Eita would compare to male shredders... Don't get me wrong, she's very good, but players like Marty Friedman, Steve Vai, Paul Gilbert, so on and so on blow her out of the water. BUT! If I had to choose who to see play live, it would be Eita
