Dear HelloStoreUSA Customer:
Many of our customers are experiencing delays in receiving their holiday pre-orders.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
U.S Customs delayed processing these goods from Japan for over 2 weeks, and we have been unable to get confirmation of delivery until today.
We want to assure you that this delay was completely beyond the control of HelloStoreUSA and Up Front International. Many explanations have been provided by U.S. Customs officials including Christmas-time increases in overseas shipments, two separate computer outages, and lost paperwork. It was also pointed out to us that our first two shipments were only 10-12 boxes each, and this shipment was 49 boxes so it was subject to extra scrutiny which further increased the delays.
The goods have arrived in our warehouse today, and our staff is working late hours the rest of this week to try to make up for lost time.
If you have placed an order for goods during our Holiday pre-order sale, please check your HelloStoreUSA account in the next few days for updates on the shipping status of your order.
We sincerely apologize for the delay as we know this has affected the holiday plans of many of our customers.
