^ Aww, it's okay. If it's any consolation, I'm going to try to do some scans of the photobook when I get it. And you can bet I'll be sharing the pics with you guys~

That is, if someone else doesn't get to it first. I might be getting mine really late, depending on circumstances.

I just can't believe it's that huge, either.

From what I've seen online, most photobooks are about.... 20 pages or so long? And not as big. I feel like this is a coffee table book we're talking about here, or something.

So...combined with the few glimpses we saw of the book in the BEST*SCANDAL CM, along with this little clip from MUSIC JAPAN, I reckon we've seen spoilers of....6 pages of the book? Hmm... Such teasers.

Don't know if anyone has such a hi-res scan of Yumemiru, but check out what I found. Obviously this isn't the full size, but just click on the thumb to see how huge it is.

1600 x 1587 pixels~~ I think I found this at Amazon Japan.

Don't need iTunes for it.

I'm just glad you enjoyed it. I'm sorry it's in .mp4 format, though. If that caused any problems, really sorry.

I use iTunes a lot, and so I usually use Keepvid and download in .mp4 since it's higher quality than just .flv and then converting. So yeah.... If anyone has a problem viewing it, like I said VLC Media Player, or.... I could try converting.

Dunno how that would turn out, I suck at video conversion.

I mean, it seems like their popularity is really taking off now (I mean, I'm seeing many surges of new fans lately), and if their newest single isn't doing well-- *can't find a good enough smilie*

#13 isn't anything to be sad about. I mean, not every artist takes off right away. alan's been putting out great music since her debut, but her first album didn't even sell 30,000 copies. It took her nine singles to get her first appearance on MUSIC STATION.

If you want a great-to-flop artist, it's Ito Yuna. She's got a beautiful voice, but since "Precious", everything from her has just been terrible. Her singles don't even chart as well as she did at the start of her career, and her latest album only sold 35,738 copies.

Meanwhile, SCANDAL's been creating a buzz since their indie days. I wouldn't say that they're dropping just yet. They just released their debut album.

They got #13, not #98. Did you guys really expect #1 or something?

^ Uh, no.... I didn't. But I think we're more concerned about the number of copies sold. Sure, they're not like Ayumi Hamasaki or Koda Kumi where they're expected to just have their stuff fly off the shelves. If anyone thinks that, they're either obsessed or just....sadly.... >_< Oblivious. I don't think anyone here really could think they'd pull off number 1. The rare people who can do that... are just too widespread or mainstream.

But yeah, I think I can safely say it's the number of copies sold. Not the rating. What did you expect us to say in response to the status of Yumemiru? >_< It's not good, really. It could be better. I mean what do you think?

Their chart position isn't bad at all but 6000 copies ain't really that much. I expected them to sell around 10 000 copies because their previous single did quite well. Unfortunately it seems that most people who bought ShoujoS only did it because the song is the Bleach opening song (anime & dorama songs always do better than normal singles). I also believe that releasing the single only a week before the album hurt their sales. I can imagine that a lot of fans saved their money for the album (the CD+PB edition ain't cheap!) and skipped the single. The positive thing is that Scandal seems to have a large fanbase outside Japan so people really shouldn't get worried about their sales.
