In July 2003, Erika sucessfully passed the Tsunku Produce Hello! Project Shin Unit Audition. Then in August 2004, she joined a new group called Biyuuden with Former Morning Musume member Rika Ishikawa and Hello! Project Egg Audition 2004 Winner Yui Okada.

Awesome, finally a thread for Erika

Now that Yui is getting a solo photobook I hope Erika gets one soon too. I don't want her to release a bikini PB but something like Miki's 226 or Yossi's 2nd PB would fit Erika's style well.

What do yall guys think about Erika's version of Miki's Aenai Nagai Nichiyoubi? I think she did a great job even though she seemed kinda nervous. So basically she was good vocally but back then she didn't have as much stage presence and confidence as for example Miki. I can't wait to see Erika's solo performance of The Last Night because I think she's better at singing slower songs.

Oh yeah, I loved that performance. I agree, she did pretty well. Could sense the nervousness in her voice, she went off a few times. But I think that's to be expected. All in all, I think that performance was better than I'd expected. She looked really happy to be singing.

Word. I have also noticed that sometimes her voice gets a bit shaky when she's dancing.
