^ This "Time Limit" show is one of the more interesting AKB related tv segments so far. I love seeing how things work out backstage.

The senbatsu members sure had one heck of a new year's eve and/into day! While us mere mortals we (probably) partying and getting drunk just see where they were! Also, biggest danger to AKB? second-hand smoke!

Uma Pro is a new show focused around keiba (horse racing). Mariko does an air ocarina and gets picked on a bunch by the hosts, who are pretty funny. Oh there's also Mariko wearing horse ears and wearing a jockey outfit

The hosts are actually Ogiyahagi, better known (well, maybe not..) as the hosts of Onegai Muscat, where they handle the circus that is the AV/Gravure collective, Ebisu Muscats. The part with Maeatsu was pretty funny and as always Mariko delivers with the air ocarina. I do wonder if she does really have interest in keiba though, it seems so weird to me. But maybe she's not geekily into it with stats and everything.

Downloaded the Downtown DX segment with Yuko.

It's short, but full of funnies. First they talk about how she's only second on the Senbatsu list, and then talk about how she was seen touching Kojiharu in a 'number of places'. She then goes on to (very badly) make up an excuse for her touchy-feelyness.
